Marine Stainless Steel Square Head Fuel Tank Vent

- An indispensable venting and balancing device for fuel and water tanks on yachts or special vehicles. When pumping water/oil causes a drop in the tank level, or when temperature changes cause gas expansion and contraction, it automatically provides compensating airflow to prevent vacuum buildup and collapse, or excessive pressure leading to expansion and rupture.

- The square cap structure at the top primarily serves to protect against rain, waves, and impurities. The brim extends above the vent, effectively preventing rainwater, seawater, and even freshwater from washing the deck from directly entering the lower vent, thus protecting the fuel or water tank from external water contamination.

- The square cap typically houses a double-layered fine stainless steel filter. In fuel tanks, this filter also functions as a flame arrestor; in water tanks, it effectively prevents insects, dust, and debris from entering the water.

- The entire structure is precision-cast from marine-grade 316 stainless steel, providing excellent resistance to salt spray and seawater corrosion. The lower part has standard external threads and pagoda fittings for direct and tight connection to the hoses inside the cabin.
